Eeep!

I'm feeling like exceptional crap today.

I had two whole pieces of pizza for lunch and ever since my belly has felt so incredibly full, like stuffed up to my throat. It's so uncomfortable. I have no idea why it feels this way from two little pieces of pizza. I ate at noon...it's now almost 8 pm. Still, so full feeling.

It feels so gross.

I wonder if maybe my uterus had a growth spurt today or something, and that's pressing on my organs and making me feel bloated? Is that possible? I hope it stops soon so I can eat something.

I have a regular OB check up tomorrow. Trying not to think about it so I don't get nervous. Nervous for what, no idea. They are just going to have me pee in a cup and then check for the heartbeat with the doppler. I know the baby has a heartbeat...

I'm so terrified that the baby has stopped growing. I desperately want another ultrasound just to find out. I will feel so relieved if the baby is still growing the right size for dates, at this point.

Unfortunately this lame OB practice is terrible about ultrasounds. I can beg the CNM tomorrow to let me schedule one, and she might let me. But there's very little chance they'll give me one tomorrow unless the ultrasound tech isn't busy at all. Usually I make the appointments in the morning and the office is packed full, but I made this one in the afternoon. Maybe I'll get lucky and they won't be that busy, and I can get a quick ultrasound.

Nervous. Can't think about that. Aaah.

In other news, The Pioneer Woman used one of my photos on her blog in a post of her top choices from the Flickr group.

I love her blog(s) and I am so excited she liked one of MY pictures!!!

And in the comments quite a few people wrote that my picture was one of their favorites!

Eeep!

This is the picture...Rosie chasing (the original) Jasmine chicken last fall.

Sadly, we're on Jasmine Chicken III now. Hah. The first Jasmine was rehomed with my diseased flock. Jasmine II recently died of pneumonia out of the blue. And Jasmine III is the daughter of Jasmine II. Jasmine III is healthy and fluffy, so far...

By the way, in case anyone is wondering, the subject of the Pioneer Woman's Flickr assignment was fall bokeh. I created the bokeh with my 85mm lens with the f-stop at 1.8, no flash was fired.

I love The Pioneer Woman too! I spent an entire day reading her High Heels to Tractor Wheels series and was totally jealous! :-)
